Solid-State outputs, On = logic level low, max 50 mA, Off = Logic high, 5V through 10K pull-up resistor
  Pin 1 = GND Pin 4 = Video detect output (On=Active)
  Pin 2 = Captions On/Off (latching or momentary) Pin 5 = DC Power (same as Pwr In)
